On The First Day of Christmas....

...Early Intervention Brought to Me..

Two Dedicated ABA Therapists!

It's 8:00 am Christmas morning and David is having an ABA session. He'll have another shorter one immediately following this one.

When the doorbell rang, David looked at me like, "You've got to be kidding" I kid you not kiddo.

Autism does not take a holiday. It's with us each and everyday. I have two therapists who are willing to work today, so I am willing to have them.

David doesn't seem to mind. He is downstairs working hard as he does most of the time. Christmas morning holds no meaning for him. It's just another day. The only thing that is odd is that there is a twinkly tree in his work area.

This is David's last week of Early Intervention services. His first day of school is in one week. One week, WOW!

We are using this week to apply the skills that he has learned that he will need for school. Skills like good sitting, good listening, sharing, and communication. David is doing the do!

Merry Christmas and Many Blessings to all!
